Properties for Rent Documents Make A Payment


Online Application

We don't like surprises.  You probably don't, either. That's why we provide complete copies of our documents for you to review.  This lets you know pretty clearly what we expect from you and what you can expect from us.

Application:  Properties are offered to qualified folks in the order of "first come, first served."  By "qualified" we mean those who meet our rental qualifications (see Properties page). And by "first come" we mean "those who fill out completely and return the Application with the application fee."  

If, after viewing our website and discussing the property with us, you feel there's a good chance you are seriously interested in the property, you may want to print off and complete an Application and bring it along with copies of the required documentation to your showing.  If an application fee is required, bring it in the form of cash or money order made out to Property Investments of Note.  Application fees can also be paid online on the Make a Payment page.  

Online Rental Application: We try to be pretty earth-friendly folks.  That means we don't hand out full Applications at showings (it's amazing how many never make it back to us - and that's a lot of paper and ink).  Therefore, we ask folks to print off an application from our website or use our earth-friendly Online Application.   Note: We do not collect birth dates or SSN's online.  Those  must be submitted via mail, fax or in person (or via email if applicant is comfortable doing so).   We do hand out a 2-page Application Addendum to collect this information or you can print your own by clicking here.  

 Missing or incomplete information will slow down the process possibly allowing folks whose applications are complete to move ahead of you.  

Property Retainer Agreement - Holds the property for you until you take possession.  Retainer fee converts to security deposit upon completion of Rental and Security Deposit Agreement and payment of 1st month's rent.

Rental and Security Deposit Agreement - So you know what to expect from us, and what we expect from you while you are renting one of our properties.

Pet Addendum - Not all of our properties accept animals.  Here's the agreement we use for those that do.  If we do accept pets at a property it is limited to dogs, cats and birds. Before we agree to accept a dog we require a "face to face" meeting with the dog at your current residence.  Dog owners must present proof of licensing and shots.  Various breeds of dogs are excluded by our insurance - please ask.
Note: dog (and pet owners) are not a protected class.  Acceptance of any pet is at our sole discretion.

Buyer/Seller Option to Purchase Real Estate - Spells out the details in their entirety.  Note:  The maintenance portion of our Option to Purchase is like having a 30 day home warranty program.  That means fewer surprises for you.
