Use "Pay Now" to make a one-time payment of rent,
a retainer fee or to pay an application fee.
On the next screen:
1) Top left: Enter the amount to be paid (remember to include 5%
processing fee for rent or a retainer fee) in the Item Price box where it
says Rent (regardless of the reason for payment).
2) Bottom right: click "add" where it says "Enter tenant
name and unit address" and enter your name,
address and the reason for payment.
